Elsie

Elsie you have been working so hard in class!   You have come on leaps and bounds in your writing.  You listen carefully to what is required and work hard to write neatly and accurately, copying spellings accurately too.  You used some wonderful sentence starters in your writing about your creature.  You also have produced some amazing maths – again so very neat, you have focused upon one digit in each box and leaving a line and your work was accurate.  Well done Elsie, I am really proud of you.

Paul

Paul has worked so hard across the curriculum this week,  showing great aspiration and resilience in all his learning.  Paul has listened really carefully to input, asked for help when needed and has completed all tasks with greater independence.  I am particularly impressed with your writing Paul, you are thinking carefully about the content and are working hard on your punctuation. Super achievement this week, well done – keep it up!

Archie GB

Archie has been trying really hard with his learning this week.  He has knocked our socks off with his reading and phonics.   He enjoyed using the language longer and shorter when we were learning about measure.

He enjoyed making a boat with a propeller and then made a very colourful submarine.

He also helped Mrs Miller planting seeds for our garden.

Well done Archie.

Aurora

Aurora, has been working so very hard this week on planning her Non-Chronological report about a brand new species that she has discovered in the Rainforest. She has shown such an enthusiasm for this topic and has shown amazing engagement within our lessons. We have also been tackling fractions in maths and Aurora has been resilient and focused during her learning in fractions and shown a ‘can do’ attitude. Well done Aurora. We are proud of you.

Leighton

In Oakleaze Class we are really aspiring to improve the presentation of our work and make sure our handwriting is legible and neat.  Leighton has made a huge effort in every piece of work for the last 2 weeks, trying his absolute best to form his letters correctly and making sure each word is clearly written.  His determination and self-motivation make him a great role-model for others.
